Fitness One is a modern premium fitness club in the Botanica sector of Chisinau, at Grenoble Street 259/16. The club is divided into several zones, each laid out so that training stays comfortable and clearly organized.
The gym has the latest TechnoGym Artis line, including a cardio area with treadmills, exercise bikes and ellipticals. For water treatments there is a saltwater pool with a five-stage purification system and no chlorine. The relaxation area includes a hammam, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a massage room.
The club runs individual and group sessions for adults and children, including swimming, fitness and strength training. There is an initial fitness assessment, spacious changing rooms with personal lockers on NFC chips, a café and parking for 40 cars. Fitness One focuses on comfort, cleanliness and technology, in an atmosphere where you can train and also look after your body and how you feel.
